What catering service options does "Chef D" offer?

 

Standard Service for Catering & Corporate Functions?

Includes delivery & set up, food presented on heavy-duty disposable cater ware, paper napkins accompany serving utensils, disposable plates and eating utensils.

 

Up Scale Gold Service:

Food is presented on a buffet table disposable basket and bowls. Paper napkins accompany disposable plates and eating utensils. Chaffers accompany hot food. 

 

Upscale Platinum Service:

Food is presented in baskets, glass & china  service ware for buffet area. Hot food served in chaffers, linens on buffett table, china plate, stainless steel flatware & color napkins. 

 

Buffet Style (Highly recommended for large parties)

 

For this self-service format, your custom menu is tastefully arranged on elaborately decorated banquet decoration table. Glass mirrors, potted plants, fresh flowers, and color coordinated disposable linens highlighting the menu choices. 

 

Sit Down Style (A relaxing way for your guests to enjoy a meal)

 

Formal restaurant style of service, menu choices are served and cleared by course.

 

Buffet Ready

 

We prepare your menu selections for oick up from our location. Delivery is available for an additional charge.

Deliver Fee

Weekday delivery fees start at $25.00 depending upon location. 

 

Weekend deliveries start at $35.00

Additional Charges

Deliveries or setups requiring additional time will be subject to additional charge. An example would be 2nd or higher floor delivery with no elevator access, unloading van in hard approach area, hills, stairs or other factor affecting delivery and setup time.

Staff

We are proud of our profession azz nd courteous partu staff and the outstanding service they givecto you and your guests. We train all our staff in proper food handling and sanitation practices. Our kitchen as well as our event staff wesr gloves at all times when preparing your food. The number of service staff required for your event will depend on the number of guests, your menu, any special circumstances. Staff hours are portal to portal.
